What species of Crappie?

See picture. Caught at Alms House Pond in Sussex County on Sat. 4-13-13. Caught two crappie and a bunch of sunnies. Crappies on rooster tail and mirrolure. some giant fish jumping around. I think carp or suckers. No trout caught by me and gf but did see others get a few.
