That video was on TV recently too. I posted it here under "Live lining off Oahu," but it was moved to another MB. According to the TV report, the fish was thought to have been a tiger shark. They come in like a log when you catch 'em.

to me it definitely looks to be a juvenile great white. not impossible that it is a tiger but I'd lean the other direction.
