Re: Need help with LAB
My brother died two weeks ago. Since we had no idea of how many would show we could not book a room. They expected minimums of 30 people.
so we arranged to have a nearby diner set aside and area and called from graveyard with approx headcount. They set up a side room for us. That's a thought and worked for us. We ended up with 25 and Big Stash looking for guaranteed 30 ended up with $0 i did not know the guy, but he sure did have a lot of people here who did. |
Re: Need help with LAB
Tom,
very often Fire Houses have halls for rent at a reasonable price. Also, many churches rent out Fellowship halls - also for very little. Might be a nice way to keep it in the community. |
Re: Need help with LAB
Know anybody the belongs to the Knights of Columbus? They would help out a member regardless of the council they belong to.
