Sorry , no! Not familiar with Garcia 508 rod is it a UL? If so what color etc., a friend may have one .

The 508 has a fork like mounting system that mates with the rod.
The rod has proprietary reel seat. I have the reel and had the rod till my wife broke it:mad:
