Big Make Caught From Beach

Re: Big Make Caught From Beach
That is awesome, normally a bluewater hunter, however, being in Florida, clean water is not to far off, maybe 2-5 miles. Here that clean water is never closer than 15-30 miles, hence the reason we do not see them in the surf.

Wow! No mako steaks???

Re: Big Make Caught From Beach
Thats an amazing catch from the surf! That would of made a lot of fine steaks. I wouldnt straddle that mako unless it was dead.

Re: Big Make Caught From Beach
That's a suicide move trying to handle a live Mako like that. You gotta be kiddin'me...........I'm nervous to even put a tail rope on one from the boat, with those dead eyes just looking at you, waiting for an opportunity to expode out of the water again.
