Head cement that doesn't smell?

i just started tying bucktails this year and have gotten pretty good but as I build my stock I notice that every time I open my plastic storage box all I smell is the head cement. Is there one out there that may have less of an odor? Also I notice that on the Spro jig they have either a very thick cement or a plastic like coating over the thread, what is that? Where can i get it?

You are welcome the great thing about this is you can thin it with a few drops of water.

I use Sally Hansan hard as nails.
You have to let it air dry for a few days for the smell to go entirely away BEFORE you add them to your box, or package them up. If you can smell it it has not cured 100% .

2 coats of it gives a great thread finish that will not come apart
