Passaic River 3/2
 

It was colder than I thought it was going to be on saturday. I fished from 11:30-2. No luck at my first spot then went to my usual go-to spot. I got my first smallie of the year which was about 2 pounds and I got a 28" inch pike. Both caught on shiners and they hit the bait very slowly. Hopefully the warmer temps will break through soon so fish will be more active and hit the lures. It felt being great out there regardless of the weather. At least I can say I landed my first pike of the year. I couldn't get last weeks on shore for a pic and it was def a nice one. By the way does anyone know how just post a pic right on the thread without making it an attachment???? It's not letting me post my pic of the pike.

Hey Ant, start a free Photobucket account. Once you upload them onto their, there will be a little box on the side with the IMG link. Cut and paste that into the thread and it will display it here. You don't have to mess with any attachments or anything on the task bar.
