Got out for a few this morn w my buddy scott. We were on the ice at dawn and did OK. first guys out about 7 trucks in lot when we left at 11am. 2 pickeral on flags, a few bluegill a crappie and another pick on the jig. Nothing worth a photo all dinky, same w my buddy, altho his crappie was a nice fattie. Good ice 6+ all around some spots 7+ Had to miss half a work day but was worth it...

No trout!?! There usually sitting right at the edge of the weedline 25-30 yards off the ramp. Good report, at least you got out.

Yea buddy. I may have a lot of info but it doesn't really matter. Havnt put my knowledge of fishing to work lately. Havnt caught a fish since my perch and crappie festival last month. HURTIN, FISHING WITHDRAWLS, HELP, FML!!!

thats how I was feelin eddie, been itching to get out. I had problems w a new fishfinder I got a while back that I was gonna use on the ice and it wouldnt work a few weeks ago when we had that first ice. I sent it back to Hbird for warranty work and it came in yesterday and that set me off. I had to go test it, it was drivin me crazy wondering if it would work right LOL. Thankfully it works perfect now, Im happy finally. I didnt see anyone else really catching anything other than a guy close by w a flag up and a tiny pickeral.
