Tog sashimi Italiano

Slice large tog fillet in 1/8 inch slices. 50/50 olive oil and FRESH lemon juice. Crushed garlic and black pepper. Chopped curly parsley. Mix ingredients and poor over. Marinate a few hours spooning marinade over fish once or twice. NO SALT as it will draw water out of fish. Serve with tabasco sauce.
