North Branch 10/21
 

Hit the North Branch by my house for a few hours this AM. Didn't have much expectations but had some new gear I wanted to "field test".

Caught & Released 2 chunky rainbows, each was about 18" and close to 2 LBS. Both caught on 1/16 oz Roostertails.

Also caught 2 of what I believe were fallfish. At least that was what pictures on the interwebs most closely looked liked. One was a about a foot long and the other about 6" and both were a pain to get unhooked from the treble.

Leaves weren't too bad today, water was running nice and clear.

The tails will definitely make an appearance! I just need to file down the barbs :D
