Fished the big lake sun for a little bit in the am. Had a good friend out who I havent fished w in ages. Launched around 7ish and spent a little bit trying to find some life. The hotspot from the last few weeks was dead, not a single mark so went to some main lake points and found some life. By the time I set my buddy up and he dropped in I didnt even have time to drop my herring down and it was fish on. We whacked stripers for the next 2-3 hours on and off. It was either double headers or nothing, we chased the school around in circles lol. 2 nice ones at around 4-5 pounds the rest 2-3. Was off the water by 1030 and it was really cold, 42 at launch water was 62-63, only 3 boats out there....
