Merrill creek

Thinking about heading there with the boat tomorrow. Is it worth it? Good smallmouth population? I know there's nothing with teeth in there so that sucks. Any tips or info appreciated.

I'm usually up there in May till mid June, after that I find it is a tough nut to crack. Plenty of big trout and bass in there. I'll go back up again in the fall.

Go DEEP, Lakers are down now and should be easy target if you can get your Sawbellies down.

Never fished for lake trout before. Not even sure I'd know where to start.

Drop ANY live or dead bait to the bottom, they will find it.
