Passaic River 7/27
 

Kinda late report, due to the fact that my phone had to dry out and I needed a new sim card due to dampness.

Hit that over-fished, over-littered spot on the river the other night for the last hour or two of light. Water was up a little, but nobody around (so no lines casted at me, lol). Managed a decent smallie, who fought well. Even fought through the photo session!! And, a nice rock bass on a frog!! Cool......

Unfortunately, I waded my phone into the water via low cargo pockets and slippery rocks. DUMBA$$!!!! Somehow, the sim card was shot, but the SD card with all my pics, which sits right next to the sim card was fine, hmmmmmmmmm.

Oh well, Good Times!!!

HAHAHA you caught a couple fish at least thats a positive thing. did you figure out what happened to your trolling motor? TIGHT LINES!!!

Yeah, I think its just old and got overused during the extreme heat. Opened it up and the copper coil inside was black!! Thought about gettin a new motor, but I recently made a large purchase that involves diamonds and gold and goes on a ring finger. :eek:

Found replacement parts for about $30 plus shipping so hopefully that will get me back out on the water soon..........
