Anyone got a quick and easy recipe for Orange Ruffie?

Brought a couple home yesterday and decided to cook them instead of swapping for Shrimp & Broccoli

Making me think... Bing bang bong takes them???
And soak in buttermilk, shake in flour,seasoned of course.. Dip in egg batter,roll in panko and fry till golden ,top w lemon rind and juice ,set left over lemon aside. Add s&p to taste
Throw filets in garbage and enjoy lemon !

cut into pendant strips
add bucktail
Bounce
let fluke stuff it into its mouth .
fillet fluke
and eat it.

Mike I have pan fried them with olive oil and red pepper flakes and also some Sirachi (think you can find it in the chinese take out places) chopped it up and used it in fish taco, spicy and delicious.

Make your own slaw, with a bag of cabbage mix some mayo, grey poupon old bay and the above mentioned hot sauce...

Add fresh cut avocado, lettuce and tomatoe and serve...you wont know the difference, have done this with smooth doggie too - all taste like chicken


And if that suxs, then freeze the fillets, makes great crab bait

first scrub good with Oscar....soak overnight in hot lemonade..... bake in Tomatoe sauce.....
