Grandma's Pond 6/19/12: Bass Pickings with Leif
 

Leif and I are doing annual trip to Grandma's Pond. Tonight we had an okay pick of Bass and Hybrid Green Sunfish. Fish were caught on zoom horny toads, senkos, zoom flukes, and rooster tails. Leif used a small popper with the fly rod. He had a Bass lost and a very small Bass on the popper. Fish were hitting a little sluggish, but at a few spots we had a nice pick.

After fishing, we went around the neighborhood catching Fowler's Toads

We will be back at it in the morning. Nice night with Leifyboy!
