Did you clean the needles in the carb, I thought you took a day off and fixed it?

Yes sir i took it apart and soaked it then sprayed it out, gotta be something minor now. I was out on the lake yesterday and the engine is still cutting off if i give it too much gas. The boats running at about 40% now. When i did my test last week it was perfect...

Sounds like it's starving for fuel if it runs ok at lower RPMS but not at higher ones. That or maybe some bad gas.... Did you try running it from a portable fuel tank with fresh fuel??

thats one thing i have not tried yet! I'm not sure what else i can do without messing something up so it may be time to send it to the mechanic.......

Sounds like the float is hanging up,not enuff gas in the bowl and stalls when a load calls for more gas.
