South Branch Romp

Got streamside about 4:00 pm. By 5:30 I was in the catch and release mode. All the trout were 13"-14" on my stringer. Brookies and rainbows. All caught on butterworms with a tiny split shot, size ten hook, in 12" of water. No one else showed up on the whole stretch of river. Not even a mugger! LOL
I swear I'm seeing a whole lot less fishermen this year.

Must be the same deal on waders, sneakers seem to be the new wading attire!
