Skunksville at Monksville today...
 

I hit Monksville today on the Canoe with 2 of buddy's from 10 am to 1pm and got nada, zippo, zilch..... Water was extremely choppy, it was windy and was cold and I couldnt believe how weedy it was so early in the year. I did however have an approx 20" Musky trail my lure all the to the boat and I tried the figure 8 manuever which looked more like a guy having a seizure in the canoe. LOL The musky just stared at my idiocy and just swam off...

We stopped at wanaque river by Greenwood lake before we called it a day and we each nailed a small trout just so we can say we didnt get skunked for the day...:cool:
