Looking For Steady Ride...
 

I don't own a boat and don't plan on purchasing one anytime soon. I normally charter with 6 packs from April - December with some head boats mixed in during the fall and winter. The problem is I'm at the mercy of an open boat schedule as I rarely have enough guys to charter a boat.

This year, especially with escalating fuel costs, I'm looking to see if a private boat would like another crew member to help with manual labor and gas/bait. I fish usually at least once during the week afternoon/evening bite and then on the weekends all day when the weather is fishable...I don't mind rain or snot conditions.

I don't have a preference of ports since its equidistant for me from the Highlands to Cape May to my place just outside of Philly and I'm comfortable with northern and southern fisheries. I have my own gear, I'm handy on deck and have my boaters safety card...not that it matters much I guess. I'm in no way looking for a professional job I would just like to meet a boat owner or two who could use the help to meet both our fishing addictions!

This is a very generous offer you have made :) ,
but unless you are a licenced captain it is illegal :eek: to accept $$ to take people fishing. I'd use the PM option to make that kind of offer.;)
