Passaic River 3/15
 

Hit the river today for a few hours. Tried 1 new spot and a few familiar. Cloudy all day but warmed up nicely mid-day. Tried a few diff things, live, spoons, spinners, floating rapalas.
Came up with 1 decent smallie but that was it. Doesn't matter because passing my boater safety exam tonight was the highlight of my day. 2 wrong out of 60!! Woooooooo!!

Also, today was the first time I've seen carp jumping and splashing around this year. Not sure if they're feeding or spawning but they're def more active........
