Kayak Fishing..
Besides myself & Urbnmpts, does anyone else Kayak fish in northern NJ? Once the weather gets better we should have some sort of meet up or something. And for that person (cant recall who you were) that asked me about used kayaks for sale.. I posted my buddies up in the classified section. Check it out!
Hope to see some of you on the water soon! |

Re: Kayak Fishing..
Fellow 'yakker. I'll fish pretty much anywhere within an hour or so ride from Nutley, but mostly hit up Monksville, Passaic River, Hopatcong, Splitrock (though there are absolutely no fish there), Pompton Lake, etc.
I've got a 10ft. Pelican sit-in now rigged up with rod holders and fish finder now but am looking to upgrade to something a little more fishing oriented that I can mount a trolling motor to. We just did one on my buddies 12ft. kayak and it works flawlessly. Hands free fishing in a kayak = :D |
