North Branch and Musky Sun Feb 26
 

Weather was awesome today. Started the morning out at the North Branch while catching and releasing a nice 15 in rainbow. Completed the day over at the Musky. My fishing buddy released a very nive 21in rainbow caught from under a tressel bridge. How did everyone else do? Any hardcore go-getters out there?

I'll be headed out tommorow. Will be fishing a new spot I recently found on the passaic. Looks great, but hopefully theres more fish than snags. :D

Took the day off, got 3 new rods and 90 bux worth of plugs, mostly for Raritan river stripers in May. Looking for shad darts now. Then clean, oil, and new line on all my reels, I'm pacing myself.
Then the Manville show, another one I think called Sergentville and the saltwater show in Somerset.
Talked to a guy at a tackle store in Bound Brook and he said the guys have been getting walleye in the D&R canal.

Nice report on the trout, that fishing has been good lately.

Where on the d & r are the catch'em? I've always wanted to get some. And info would be great.
