Perch Fishing
 

been doing great recently with the perch at carnegie lake's aqueduct. sunday caught 20, monday only 11, but today was the best besides freezing my ass off in nothing more than a hoodie with no gloves, no hat plus wind and snow blowing at my face. the overcast skies seem to make the perch the most active. caught 15 today in a little over an hour. all on the same white trout magnet. no one else fishing so i got the whole place to myself. so far up to 50 fish this year (caught 2 chubs and 2 trout previously) a good start for sure :D.

Sounds awesome man, maybe ill head down there this weekend if I get a chance. Do you mind me asking where the aqueduct is exactly?

Haha true. I forget how awesome the internet can be. I live about an hour away from Carnegie lake and hopefully Sunday the weather will cooperate with me!
