i catch bullheads more than anything else. pretty nice fighters and make great eating, much better tasting than channels.

Agreed with the catching part. Not sure If I have directly compared the two on the table.

As catfisherman, we weed through a lot of the smaller bulls for a shot at larger channels which don't reach their growing potential in NJ.:mad:
That said, the fight of a bullcat is respectable and a day of catching these guys on lightweight tackle is awesome.
