baked scallops
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt Salt & Pepper to taste 1/2 lb scallops 2tblsp half and half 2tsp butter melted 1tblsp dry bread crumbs In a small bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper Toss scallops in flour and place in a greased baking dish Top with half and half and butter, and bread crumbs Bake for 20 min or until scallops are opaque and topping is golden brown |

Zilla, recipes are outlawed on this forum. As commander of cuisine on this, in fact all websites, the rules are:
Anyone who would like to post a recipe must cook that dish, and deliver it to the "Commander of Cuisine". I will give a report. Split Shot, THis guy doesnt say anthing about cold Miller Lights. Therefore this recipe is incomplete. I'll file a complaint at 4:07 pm today. For now, I must now plan a food feast for those that a worthy. |

Made this again tho passed weekend. I added more half and half and fresh garlic. Tasted even better. Also made some saffron rice. Mmmmm:cool:
