baked striper oreganata
 
cut bass into 4" x4" portions,combine 1 cup hellmans mayo with1/4 cup pesto sauce (homemade or store bought).Keep 3 tablespoons for dipping.Dredge fish in pestomayo then in seasoned bread crumbs,Bake 400deg for about15 to 20 minutes or until fish is firm.Serve with lemon and reserved sauce.Easy and tasty!;) ;)

applied this recipe to seabass for some variety. Awesome
