ID this fish

Caught this fish Sunday 9/4 just outside the sandy Hook Channel between the 6 and 8 bouy. Fish is about 12 inches long, has no teeth and two very small eyes on the top of it's head.

yeppers Mr.W is correct an it is the only thing in nj waters i have caught but not eaten

I have actually heard they are good eating but definitely would not try myself...

next time i get one i def will just have not caught one in 10 years the electricity always scared us away but fudge that next ones dead
