Stone Tavern Lake 8/20
 

Hit Stone Tavern this morning at 5:00 am. Took us a little while to find them but once we did, we had decent fishing until the sun broke through the clouds. We picked a few more fish before leaving at 10 am. We caught 12 bass, 4 pickeral, 2 sunfish and 1 crappie. That's 19 fish in 5 hours. Big fish was 2.5 lb. bass. All of our fish were caught on topwater except for 3 caught on a wacky rigged Senko and 1 caught trolling a white Mr. Twister jig back to the boat ramp. Would have had better results if it wasn't amateur hour for us this morning, missing numerous fish:o . Overall, a good morning of fishing.
