Uncle Mikie's crab gravy
 
Uncle mikies crab gravy......2 dozen cleaned crabs, inside put aside and shells. Saute top shell in 4 tablespoons xtra virgin and add 15 cloves chopped garlic, half an onion small diced saute until tender about 4 minutes on med.Remove shells. add crab bodies and one can of paste saute until red in color. Add one cup of white wine and 2 cans of crushed tomatoes(tuturusso) simmer for about an hr.add crab insides. Add half a cup chopped basil and 1/4 cup parsley. Season with salt and pepper and a dash of red pepper seed. simmer 5 more minutes. in a seperate pot boil 1.5 lb's angel hair or preferred macaroni, when done add mac back to pot ladel sauce and mix, garnish with crabs and grated cheese. Lay out the tableclothes and enjoy!

sounds good... do pretty much the same thing with small blues... actually really good!
