Prospertown 4th
 

Had repair stuff all weekend and couldn't stand not being on the water . Woke up Grandson at 4 am and were on Prospertown by 4:45 . started out with Rapala's an 4" plastic worms off Rollercoaster point in the channel . We caught a couple of Crappie and had a couple of Bass shake off . Worked up to the point by the main ramp and it was game on. I got a 13" Bass and a nice Crappie on the plastic worm and Chris got Sunfish and Crappie on the Rapala . The weeds are bad and we had to concentrate on the edges . We pulled out at 8:00 am . We ended up with one Bass , 9 Crappie , and 6 Sunfish . Chris lost one rapala to a Pickerel . We were home before the family was up .

Is it bad already? I drove past it the other day and it didnt look too bad. I love that lake. I think that is the only thing I miss about living down there

Joe , there are coontail stringers all the way out to the channels . twitching Raps and the 4" rigged weedless without weight work . Topwaters , Buzzbaits , Buzz Frogs , and other surface baits are still catching .
