Raritan river striped bass 6/28:
 

Bounced around on the Millstone early this AM, nuthin'.

Went down to the pipe in South Bound Brook and played with the small stripers. Got them all on jigs in the fast water, close to a dozen for the short time I was there. Lotsa fun on the UL. Ran into FASTEDDIE, he was throwing the big stuff looking for all or nothing. We had an encounter with a fairly large snake, close to 3 ft. long, black and red, we kept our distance.
FE and I walked back up to the falls, I was roasting in my waders so I left him at 10AM, he was still throwing the big stuff.
