Pemberton Lake 6/21
 

Hit Pemberton Lake this morning. Fished the shorelines for bass and jigged for crappies in all the normal spots. We had decent fishing fortunately. The cloudy weather defintely helped. Fishing from 9:45 am to 1:15 pm, we had 31 crappies, bass, perch and sunfish. We saw one big perch, use to catch slobs out of there all the time,don't know what happened to the big perch and pickeral? Overall, it was a good morning/afternoon of fishing. Now it's dawn and dusk time, get the topwaters for some real excitement!

We'll be fishing Friday and Saturday also, we might try Farrington. I would like to give that lake a try, pike are one of the 3 freshwater fish I REALLY want to catch.

Prob gonna hit Pemberton tomrw after work. A friend of mine that lives out that way requested my presence. A little 1 boat tourney... Any Channel Cats there?

Not many but there are some. Once had a big yellow perch with 2-3 baby 1" or so baby catfish in it's stomach out of there.
