Wife wants to take me on a shopping spree to *abelas. Is it worth the trip? Never been there.

If you've never been to a big shop like Shabalas, or Brass Pro Shops or the Buttery Trading Post, yeah, I'd say it's something every fisherman has to do at least once, if not several more times. Plus, don't thinks it's too ridiculous of a drive. I'd go. The tanks with huge bass, crappie and gar are kind of worth the price of admission, which is free.

Sports Authority is a joke compared to Cabelas for fishing. The fishing dept. alone is half the size of Sports Authority.
My wife even likes to go there from time to time, they have decent clothes if nothing else.
And no, I'm not a stock holder:D

this is true i actually found a pair of 16 extrad wide thermal socks there for myself. def a fun trip and if its the ball n chains idea how can you loose looking at outdoor stuff all day?

If you are old enough, think about the first time you ever went to a Home Depot compared to the local hardware store, or a BJ/Sam's Club
