Hit the small spillway today from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. The perch and pickeral bite was pretty good. I had 13 perch and 5 pickeral and my dad had 4 perch and 3 pickeral. He had a bad day, knots and tangles in the line, nicks in the line, bad knots, you name it. The perch came up to the spillway in small schools, seems you would catch a couple every 20 minutes. Good day of fishing again. Hopefully I can get out on the boat soon again, wanna get some bass and crappies at Pemberton.
