I was about to say that looks like Rachel Ray circa 1998. I used to go to the building where she films her show. The front entrance always had the "line" to get in of just tons of women. I had always hoped to run into Rachel because I got to take the back elevator. I was then informed she had her own entrance and own elevator just for her show. Oh well. :D
