outboard mechanic

anyone know a good outboard mechanic that will look at my 1994 9.9 four stroke yamaha engine in the Manahawkin area? The motor runs goods when I get it started , but it takes a while to get in started and even some ether sometimes. Looking for someone reputable but not expensive
