Hudson Canyon Trio
 

Had a different fish each night for the last three from our Canyon trip.
Tuesday had tile fish, Capt Freddie told me to cut it into scallop size pieces, pan sear it with just salt ands pepper, then dip into garlic butter. MMMMMM

Wednesday had Mahi, marinated it in Lawry's hawaiin , then grilled it, Slammin

Tonight made yellowfin steaks on the grill with sliced Roly poly squash on the grill.

Three super fish but the TILE fish HANDS down puts everything else a FAR second.

Def love the tuna for the fight, but for my belly give me the tile fish PLEASE.
