beef jerkey
looking to try making my own jerkey,anyone have any simple beef jerkey recipes they wany to share

Dry in the oven at 200* F til it is still pliable. Steve if you need the insta cure let me know. |

thanks rich i will let you know when i am ready for the cure i dont ever remember seeing it in the stores do you have any killer haddock rigs made up
