I thought it was being packaged very well but had my doubts as to the components

They want to sell our natural resources to the highest bidder!

And who has all the money for that....not me and my counterparts!!! BS, BS!!!

If the Catch Share Program has worked so well for Red Snapper since the 1990's as quoted......Why have they closed it down???????
