Seafood Cakes

i use this recipe for a wide variety of water dwellers. but I will use shrimp as an example.
1-lb. shrimp
1/2 box panko bread crumbs 1-tsp. old bay
1/2 small onion, minced 1Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
1 stalk celery, minced 1tsp. baking powder
1 egg 1 parsley
salt & pepper to taste

Take 1/2 of the shrimp, parsley, egg.old bay, worchestershire, baking powder, salt & pepper & run through the food processor. Coursely chop remaining shrimp. Combine all ingredients & shape into patties. If you have time refrigerate for 30 min. Fry in a pan W/ a little oil.
Note.
I add a little hot sauce to mine, but I like things HOT.
I also serve W/ wasabi mayo.

I use this recipe for clams,& fish. Don' throw away the sea robins, poach them, then refrigerate till cool, and use them in the recipe, you won't be throwing them all back after eating them.
