Where are the Striped Bass

So, I am sitting here at my desk at the tackle shop and the phone rings, I always answer " Atlantic Bait and Tackle...85 and Sunny. The guy on the other end is on a boat in Sandy Hook Bay and he is asking me where are the Bass? Now, I try to be patient and I say to him that if you re not catching then maybe you should move to another location. My Crystal Ball does not have all the answers. The phone rings again. This time it is another guy who is fishing a tournament and he asks the same question, " Where are the Bass" ? I try my best to give the best information , but sometimes I just have to be understanding . Yes, sometimes they bite and other times the Bass have lockjaw. It"s called fishing.....Must be 5 O"clock somewhere so time for a drink.

He needs to keep looking. If all fails, find the spots that have resident 20-34 inchers from May-November. Catch a few, and go back to looking.
