PROWLER 5 OCEAN FLUKE REPORT - THURSDAY AUGUST 28TH, 2025

Hey gang we set sail today with 17 customers, Paddy landed the first keeper fluke to start the day. We flew out to the fishing grounds and started fishing right away. A ton of life all day, non-stop action on fluke and big blue heads. We easily release 350 short fluke and we had a total of 16 keepers for the day some nice quality fish. Patty, Iron Mike, Lenny from Staten Island, Gary, Jerry and his wife, old man Ron, and regular Ben was high hook with 42 fluke, all shorts. That's how it was today. We had a feather through all the short fluke to get the keepers.Great people on the boat today. Looking forward to getting right back out there tomorrow so let's go fishing. All of these fish are new ones that came from the storm all white bellies glad to see the fluke did not get pushed offshore with the big storm. The weather looks great for the upcoming holiday weekend. Saling everyday 7:30AM to 2:30PM and the fare is $90 we supply spearing as bait and free ice for your catch.
