Decent day of Fluking!

Left the barn to calm waters once again. Had my son Nick fish with me today which is always great. Hit a bunch of numbers keeping our distance from the weekend crowds. The day started off with lots of big fat but short fluke action. Decided to hit a spot with hard bottom and few snags that holds a variety of fish. Caught Sea Bass, Blues, Skates and target species Fluke. SE wind really started to pick up around noon and waters started to get dicey but the Fluke really started to bite. I wound up getting my limit with the largest at 22". Finally called it a day and took the ride back to the tip of the hook in some mean following seas but no problem for my boat. we will see what this hurricane brings us but I'm hoping to be able to go again during the week. Tight Lines!
