PROWLER 5 OCEAN FLUKE REPORT , SUNDAY AUGUST 3, 2025.

Hey Gang,

Today was probably one of the best Sunday trips of the year. We had a great group of Sunday regs along with some new faces that Im sure will be back onboard.

No fluff or BS we were dialed in and the fish bit today, right place at the right time. Even had a state fish measuring rep onboard today that had a hard time keeping up with all of the fish coming over the rail.

Multiple limits landed of quality fish in the 3-4lb range with a great spread of keepers around the boat.

The pool was landed by Steve from Ridgewood with a fat 8lb beauty.

High hook in keepers was either 5 or 6 fish (Orl) and there was plenty of short life and sea bass too.

Congrats to Steven Gutman son of the late Capt. Jeff Gutman from the Voyager on landing his first keeper fluke. I'm sure your father was looking down with a big smile on his face.
