Light crowd down today, only 2 of us made it out on this beautiful day. Made it out to find a couple boats working the area, got set up and had no current or drift. Had to Power drift to get some movement and catch. Several guys including: Prowler Joe, Fran from PA, Johnny & Mikael all had their three in the first hour. Bite died around 11 with still no current. Checked out a few more area's and found only shorts. John ended up taking the pool with a 5 pound 11 ounce beauty. Second place made 5 pounds also. Fishing everyday, weather looks great the next few days. 7:30-2:30pm. Open Boat, No Reservations. Fare is $90, under 12 $50, Rod Rentals $20. See you in the AM...Capt. Ron |
