Ava fluke
 

Went fishing 🎣 in Manasquan Inlet this evening on a warm, sunny day with a very strong northwest wind and outgoing tide. Bluefish stopped biting soon after I started fishing 🎣 but I managed to catch, tag and release a fluke on my first cast of the day with a plain hook Ava A-17. Didn’t get another hit for the next two hours. Caught nothing in 4 of 6 trips to the inlet this year. Saw two swans 🦢 land in the inlet late in the day. Took pics.
