GAMBLER --Taug Report April 1st
 

Gambler was out today on our first trip of the season. We are running a 10AM till 3PM trip in April, everyday except Fridays. (Fridays we will be offshore on the tilefish grounds, weather permitting).

Just a dozen guys joined us. The wind was blustery with a fairly big groundswell from the South. It got bouncy as we travelled further off.

Fishing was slow, with a few bites on each of our spots. Just a few short blackfish with one keeper today.

But it was good to get out and clear the cobwebs.

Gambler's trip tomorrow is cancelled due to poor conditions.
