GAMBLER --Terrific Striped Bass Action --plenty of room tomorrow!
 

Incredible amount of life on the ocean today. Very good striped bass fishing early. Slots, bonus and over-sized stripers were caught on mostly A-47s with or without tails. Color didn't seem to matter much. Midday turned into a pick but the last drift was hot action again.

Big stripers were crashing the bunker pods, humpback whales in the center of it all. gannets and gulls dive-bombing the surface.

Our last drift, the stripers hit our lures with vengeance to bracket a great fall bass trip.
