Catskills brookies
SkunkCity arranged a solid weekend trip up on the upper Delaware river.
The reservoirs were releasing water so the brown trout fishing in the east branch was lit. Brandon and I waded it (where possible, flows were high) and we had success with some big browns. Some just off of our campsite! In between fishing the river, we hit some brook trout creeks. Despite the very low flows we managed some good ones. https://i.postimg.cc/rz4fyPCP/20240921-104632-2.jpghttps://i.postimg.cc/686mjhJ5/0920241152c-HDR.jpghttps://i.postimg.cc/9wqx9x7J/092024...orted-1166.jpghttps://i.postimg.cc/k2F78sNJ/0920241301.jpghttps://i.postimg.cc/gXGX8rL5/0920241402.jpghttps://i.postimg.cc/HjH49kCT/0922240724-HDR.jpghttps://i.postimg.cc/XBJr1h8k/0922240818.jpghttps://i.postimg.cc/TKQcK8sT/0922240924b-2.jpghttps://i.postimg.cc/grNRyyDK/0922241359-HDR.jpghttps://i.postimg.cc/Jy6K2w3p/092224...orted-1811.jpg |
