Went fishing 🎣 in 84 degrees Gropp’s Lake this evening on a hot 🥵, humid, cloudy day with a 30 knot south wind small craft advisory. Threw out corn 🌽 for chum, then caught and released a 20 lb snapping turtle 🐢 with canned whole kernel corn 🌽 bait. Landed 46 turtles 🐢 this year. Caught and released 2 largemouth bass and 2 bluegills with a 1/32 oz twister tail jig on 2 lb test line. Mosquitoes 🦟 were biting.
